ENTERPRISES LTD.,) believes in giving back to society in a measure that is
proportionate to its success in business. Our CSR initiatives are executed by
CYIENT FOUNDATION (formerly INFOTECH ENTERPRISES CHARITABLE TRUST) a voluntary
organization established on 27th day of March'2002 at Hyderabad in Andhra
Pradesh by its Chairman B. V. R. Mohan Reddy, with a goal to improve the
quality of education imparted to underprivileged children in Government
Schools.
The goal is to make
adopted Government schools the preferred place to learn. To achieve this, we
provide infrastructure support like brick and mortar buildings, library, labs,
teaching aids, teaching staff etc., with an aim to increase student enrollment,
attendance, and retention and pass out rate. CYIENT appreciates the need for
supporting basic organizational or administrative needs at the institutional
level towards building a sustainable society with self-reliant people.
CYIENT CSR initiative goes beyond
charity and it works with the belief that as a responsible corporate, it should
take into account its impact on society as much as creating business value.
We believe in the
philosophy that sustained development of society is vital to the sustained
growth of the businesses that exist within that community. This belief has led
us to spend over % of our net profits in the past towards CSR initiatives and
increased it to 2% during the current year.
